Effective July 10th, the Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) will add new applications to the TMHP IAMOnline platform. These changes will continue the transition to TMHP IAMOnline as the new entry point for accessing applications on the TMHP web page.
Texas Medicaid providers will set up their TMHP IAMOnline account to manage services, access resources and perform essential TMHP-related tasks.
To activate their account, providers must:
- Follow the instructions provided in the TMHP IAMOnline emails scheduled to be sent on June 8th and June 15th. Activation emails will be sent only for accounts that have not yet been activated.
- Log in to TMHP IAMOnline, create a password, and register for multi-factor authentication (MFA) within seven days of receiving the activation email.
After providers have set up their account, they can access their TMHP IAMOnline My Apps dashboard for applications that have transitioned to TMHP IAMOnline.
Additional details can be found in TMHPs article “New Login Process for All Texas Medicaid Providers Through TMHP IAMOnline and Provider MFA Registration for Transition Release 2”, on the TMHP Texas Medicaid webpage.
