Nicotine Cessation: Behavioral Considerations

This one-and-a-half-hour webinar will explore behavioral approaches to nicotine cessation including psychoeducation, motivational interviewing, and brief intervention techniques. There is no continuing education (CE) or certification associated with this course.

Misunderstood Diagnoses

We fear what we do not understand. Unfortunately, many mental health disorders are plagued by false information and stereotyping, leading to stigma. This introductory-level one-and-a-half-hour webinar will help attendees gain a clearer understanding five of the most stigmatized diagnoses: Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, Dissociative Identity Disorder, and Schizophrenia. No CE credit or certification is associated with this training.

This one-hour webinar is designed for mental health and substance use providers new to our network. We will present a brief overview of who we are and what we do. We will review several topics including: our digital front door, claim submission, our clinical department, as well as the complaints, grievances and appeals process. This is a National webinar and does not cover client-specific topics.

eServices Overview

This one-hour webinar aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the eServices application. It is structured as a National session and will focus on general information rather than client specifics. Participants will learn how to register for a new account and navigate the login process. Additionally, the topics covered will include eligibility verification, electronic claim and authorization submissions, as well as general navigation of the system.
