401(k) retirement plan

Join the 401(k) retirement plan at any time and make pre-tax or Roth after-tax contributions. After six-months of service, you’ll receive a SWHR match of up to 6% of your pay, starting with 75 cents for every dollar contributed.

 

Paid time off (PTO)

We all need time away to rest and recharge. The SWHR PTO program is just what the doctor ordered. This generous benefit increases with years of service.

 

Tuition reimbursement

All full-time and some part-time employees are eligible for reimbursement of tuition costs. Depending on your employee status, student status and type of degree, you can receive up to $5,250 per year for tuition and fees on approved clinical or non-clinical degrees.

Medical  — Choose from three (3) medical plan options that include traditional plans as well as high-deductible health plans, plus prescription drug coverage. 

Dental — Take your pick of three (3) dental plan options. 

Vision  — Enjoy comprehensive vision care through Superior Vision by MetLife, paying benefits for annual exams plus corrective lenses.

Wellness — SWHR wellness programs and self-care webinars help you sustain the energy and focus you need to take care of yourself, plus the ones you love. Through the MyLifeExpert.com website and Be Healthy program, eligible employees can utilize tools and resources to get and stay healthy while earning rewards: 

  • Virgin Pulse —  An interactive, online program to help you meet your health goals and successfully manage stress. Complete personalized care journeys, develop healthy habits and redeem Be Healthy rewards. 
  • Employee Assistance Program —  You and your eligible dependents have access to unlimited telephone counseling and up to eight face-to-face visits with a counselor per individual, per year. EAP includes support with legal and financial issues, as well as assistance finding childcare and eldercare.
  • Free Headspace App  This app helps you create life-changing habits to support your mental health with improved mindfulness, better sleep, breathing techniques and more.
  • Healthy Pregnancy —  This program offers tools and resources the mother-to-be will find invaluable for a healthy pregnancy. 
  • Real Appeal*  — Have you ever wished you could have your own personal health coach? This weight management program provides personal coaching and tools to help you make healthy decisions.
  • Tobacco Cessation Program — Want help quitting your tobacco habit? This program is free and includes nicotine replacement therapy and counseling.
